Keeping Healthy

As we all know, health is always a concern we have in life. We can live without wealth, status, or reputation, but we all pursue good health. 
I care about my health. I go to run three miles on Tuesday and Thursday every week. Running for 30 minutes without a stop can keep us healthy and relieve our pressure. When I am running, I exercise and I become stronger.
The second way to keep healthy is to eat healthy food. Eating fruit and vegetables full of nutrients and vitamins is important. For dinner, I sometimes have a plate of fresh vegetables.
Last, I prefer going to bed early on weekdays. Because we are usually tired after a day's hard work, so we should not have late nights. They can hurt our bodies. 
These are my ways to keep healthy. I think they are pretty practical.
